What to include for a bug report

If a code will not scan or a file will not open, the two most useful things are the exact link you encoded and which download you used (PNG, SVG, PDF, 3MF or STL). For 3D problems, tell us which slicer and which object type.

Because nothing you type is stored on our side, we cannot look up your code — we genuinely need you to tell us.

Privacy requests

Requests for access to or deletion of personal data go to the same address. As explained in the privacy policy, we hold no user accounts or stored content, so in most cases the honest answer will be that there is nothing to return — but we will tell you that explicitly rather than ignore the request.
